While you are at Memorial Heights Baptist, you will probably hear the phrase "Sams & Sals". This is a reference to our very active Senior Adult Men & Senior Adult Ladies. MHBC was a true pioneer in Claremore for ministry to our growing senior population. Caring, close-knit Sunday School classes are just the entry point into a welcoming group of friends who share monthly luncheons and many, many activities suited to the interests and needs of seniors.
