Nichole (Nikki) Estes ~ Service of Remembrance

A Service of Remembrance of the life of Nichole (Nikki) Estes, will be held, 10AM, Wednesday,  August 21, 2019, at  Memorial Heights Baptist Church, where Nichole attended Sunday School and Church, as a child, with her Grandmother, Joy Mullins.

Bro. Paul Simpson will provide words of comfort and encouragement to Nichole's family and friends.

Nichole, age 47, lost her life in a tragic car accident, August 11, 2019.

YOUR Help is Needed

During times of crisis or family emergencies we find ourselves saying "What can I do for you?" or "Just call if you need anything ". Most often, those involved have no idea what their needs will be, at least at first. This was the case with Pam and Jim Collinsworth.  After a lengthy hospital stay and rehab, Pam is coming home and her family has compiled a list of ways we, as a Church family, Sunday School Class  or individuals can help.

If you're able to provide a meal, please contact Kimberlee Francis (918) 381-2261 to coordinate date/time. Thanks so much!

Old Fashioned Sunday

Sunday, August 25, 2019, will be a full day. MORNING WORSHIP that day, will feature a bluegrass band. EVENING WORSHIP will be a time of discussion about the new building.  The joint building committee recommends  that we stay at this location and build what we can afford, as well as remodel our existing buildings. The final plans will be drawn up after the decision is made, whether to stay or move to the property on Lowry. The VOTE WILL TAKE PLACE on SEPTEMBER 15, 2019. After discussion time (August 25th) we will meet in the gym for an OLD FASHIONED ICE CREAM SOCIAL.  Bring ice cream (homemade would be awesome) and/or stuff that goes with it.

Thank you for providing for the basic needs of our Veteran's.

If you are interested in praying for the service during worship time, please see Jeannette.

A Friendly Reminder: If you have any changes to your mailing address, e-mail address or phone numbers, please contact the church office so that we don't lose track of you--thank you!
