Attention all 4th-6th graders!
Are you rerady for the Nation's Biggest Christian Preteen Event?
SuperStart! is a high-energy weekend event in which preteens can learn and grow in their relationships with friends, leaders and most importantly God.
Here is some info about how to sign up for SuperStart.
MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS
1. The link below is very important. It connects you to our electronic Medical Release Form. ALL participants (both students and adult leaders) need to arrive at SuperStart! with this form completed. This is the link is for adult volunteers and to the parents of your students. It allows them to complete and sign the release electronically (meaning they can use their mouse to sign or their finger/stylus on a touchscreen device). If this is your first time using this system it would be a good idea to complete your form before sending the link out - this will make it easier for you to explain and field questions you might get.
2. One of the great features of this electronic form is that when submitted, it automatically sends it to both SuperStart’s office and to Bro Bob.
3. All SuperStart! attendees need to have this form completed. If you need additional information about release forms, suggested ways to communicate the process, or have questions you can contact Bro Bob by Sunday, Feb. 5th or contact MHBC office at 918-341-5952.
20 Years of Service Recognized
Recently, we celebrated a very special lady, Sandy (Ellison) Deaver, who has faithfully and unselfishly served our MHBC family, for the past 20 years, as Ministry Assistant.
Sandy was honored with a SURPRISE celebration, attended by a number of family members and friends, Sunday evening, January 8, 2016.
Thank you for ALL your hard work and for always being there for all of us. You are loved and appreciated more than you'll ever know.

Happy New Year
We Have a NEW BUYER!!!
One month ago, our Pastor, Bro. Paul Simpson, stood before the MHBC congregation to tell us the buyer for our property had backed out. It was quite a blow, but we know God is faithful.
Today, Bro. Paul stood before us again to say there is a NEW BUYER and they are moving quickly, already putting up earnest money and anxious to move ahead.
All we know is that they are out of Texas and employee several thousand people already.
Soooo, it appears we are in the "hallway" and while understandably a bit gun shy, we are rejoicing a this new possibility.
Please keep our Church family in your prayers as we seek to WAIT UPON THE LORD.
First of MANY "Lasts"
As we near the final services, at our current location, we will be doing many things for "the last time" at 1500 W. Will Rogers Blvd. Tonight, Sunday, July 31, 2016 was "the last time" we will have a 5th Sunday PraiSing. It was a WONDERFUL service that clearly conveyed the message of Christ through songs, poems and readings.
Let the Packing Begin...
While a specific date has not yet been set for the last service at our current location, SAMS & SALS (Senior Adult Men and Senior Adult Ladies) have begun packing up some of their items, to be stored off site. During the transition, items will be stored in members homes, storage sheds and garages. WE'VE ONLY JUST BEGUN...
PRAY, PRAY, PRAY and if you have available, ground level space available for use, please contact the Church office (918) 341-5952.
Groundbreaking - AT LAST...
MHBC Charter Member, Dee Lamb, turned up the first shovel of dirt, representing MHBC's PAST, during Groundbreaking ceremony at the new location site, 06/26/16.
Contract Approved for Sale of Property
By a vote of 175 Yes to 5 No (97%), the membership of MHBC voted to accept a contract for the purchase of theMHBC building/property at 1500 W. Will Rogers Blvd., Claremore, OK. The buyer has up to 150 days to get with the city and make sure that the property can be brought up to code and that it is in fact large enough to accommodate their needs. They have spent a lot of time checking out specifics already, but still have the option to withdraw the contract should they for some unforseen reason choose to do so.
We serve an on-time God and are continuing to PRAY, PRAY, PRAY for His direction as we move forward in our service to Him.
In the meantime, the MHBC Summer programs will go on as scheduled.
If you are interested in praying for the service during worship time, please see Jeannette.
A Friendly Reminder: If you have any changes to your mailing address, e-mail address or phone numbers, please contact the church office so that we don't lose track of you--thank you!
