  • Easter Musical Rehearsals Begin

Rehearsals for our upcoming Easter Musical "For the Sake of the World ", begin Wednesday, January 31st, at 7:30PM .

If you have sung with us in years past, or have an interest in sharing God's Word through music, now is the perfect time for you to join us. You DO NOT have to be able to read music,  nor do you have to be a member of MHBC, just a willingness to make a joyful noise unto the Lord .

  • Bridal Shower - Paige (Wilsher) Dickens
  • Gospel Conversation Challenge

The Gospel Conversation Challenge is our evangelistic emphasis for 2018. Every one of us knows how to talk, and every one of us know lost people. If you don't know any lost people, you are living a disobedient life! (Luke 19:10). The challenge is to engage your lost friends in a conversation about their relationship with the Lord.  We pray that every member of MHBC will accept this challenge...the Gospel Conversation Challenge!

  • COMING IN APRIL (Save these Dates)

Southern Gospel Pianist, Pansy Stallings,  Willow Springs,  North Carolina, will be sharing her God given, musical gift and testimony in Oklahoma,  during mid April. She will be playing at Memorial Heights Baptist Church, April 15th and 17th.

Stallings musical  journey began at the age of three.and by the tender age of six, she was playing in Church. Pansy does not read music, she plays totally by ear, with anointing from the Holy Spirit.

Pansy' believes the messages contained in the old hymns of the Church are applicable today and need to be preserved for future generations.  God's music is her passion.

We hope you will mark your calendars and plan to attend these special services. Be prepared to receive a blessing.

  • Contract to Purchase Property Withdrawn

We find ourselves back to square one with the sale of our property. The buyer submitted a proposal to amend the initial contract, which was to purchase only a portion of the property. This is something we would not agree to do. A counter offer was submitted to the buyer, which was rejected this past Friday, July 14, 2017.

We have been here before, and the disappointment is great. We must, however, commit to continue to praying for God's will and His perfect timing for everything to come to pass.

Continue to claim the truth of 2 Chronicles 20:12

Lord, we don't know what to do, but our eyes are on you.

  • If you are interested in praying for the service during worship time, please see Jeannette.
  • A Friendly Reminder: If you have any changes to your mailing address, e-mail address or phone numbers, please contact the church office so that we don't lose track of you--thank you!
